Podcast #3: Management vs. Leadership--Is there a difference?
Why do some companies use the term "management" while others use "leadership" to refer to the same thing? Is there a difference? The answer is YES and NO.
Today these terms are used interchangeably. I've worked with many managers that showed little leadership, and I have also worked with many in leadership roles that couldn't manage a sidewalk bake sale. Amazing Leaders need to do BOTH.
