Individual coaching is typically performed after an initial, free consultation and agreement on expectations and commitment.

Individual Leadership Coaching

New and aspiring leaders can receive personalized one on one performance coaching, including the creation of an Amazing Leadership Performance Plan and all aspects of managing and implementing the plan. The accountability of a coach helping you work a proven system is the best way to achieve Amazing Leadership performance. This isn't hand holding and it isn't counseling.  It's about getting you moving and delivering results that get people to say "you are amazing"!

New and aspiring leaders attend our 2-day, street smart instruction that's designed to get fast, measurable results.  The focus is on 3 key attributes that amazing leaders must posess, and we provide specific actions to take in each category.
