There Can Be Only One

A small thought from Highlander (the movie) - "There Can Be Only One!" Any leader should be willing and happy to consult all team members and accept their contributions to all challenges in order to come up with synergistic solutions. However, true leaders know when to grab the reigns and make clear decisions considering all the data available. And those decisions must be in the best interest of the leader AND all affected parties as well. As leaders, how do we ensure that we are making decisions in our own, our teams', and our clients' best interests? What is your opinion?
